Jacob Williams and his crew are a superb example of a Huntsville small business. They met with me to discuss my needs several times before beginning the job. Rocket City Air went above and beyond by providing loaner temporary air conditioners when my HVAC failed in the summer. When I needed a new HVAC unit, they provided a very competitive estimate. They were not the cheapest, but I felt they were absolutely the best value for my money. Their estimate was far less than the astronomical quotes from the large HVAC companies in Huntsville. Rocket City Air provided convenient financing. They skillfully completed HVAC installation, and thermostat installation, replaced old duct work, installed a new air return, and added blown-in insulation. Their entire crew was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Rocket City Air.

Highly recommend Jacob Williams at Rocket City Air. We called them out when our AC wasn’t cooling properly. He ended up finding an issue that 3 other well-known companies that work for local builders did not catch! Thank God the root problem was found and is now corrected. He lifted our HVAC system, rerouted a pipe in our crawlspace, cleaned our units, and added UV lights. Communicated very well, was thorough, was dependable, and gave clear estimates beforehand.
